I had a case about a year ago where my C drive (250 MB ssd) was running out of space. I paid for a service call. The matter was resolved. It was a Microsoft issue and they refunded my money. less than a week ago, after an update, I noticed that the users directory that was moved to D to return the space to C had been moved back to the C drive. Also I had rogue log files again. 1) I paid $499.00 for Microsoft tech support to help on one incident. It's been 47 hours and there's no call, no e-mail no nothing.
