I own Age of Empires II Definitive Edition but I cannot install it on a new computer

I have purchased Age Of Empires II Definitive Edition and have it installed on one computer. I now have a new computer and am trying to install it but it does not show it as owned and is asking me to pay again. How can I contact some real person who can help fix this problem. There does not seem to be any support number or email.
