I ordered a new Dell Laptop pre loaded with windows 11. I cant get through the start up process.

I ordered a new Dell Laptop pre loaded with windows 11. I am at the screen that says "Lets add your microsoft account" I am getting a message that says. We cant add your microsoft account right now. And I am stuck on this screen. If I hit "Next" it takes me back to the start of the sign in screen again.There is no way for me to see if I am connected to the internet, because I cant get off this screen.How do you check your internet connection if you cant get off of the "Lets add your microsoft account" screen?
