I ordered Windows 11 Pro from Microsoft. I received the confirmation. It did not include either a link to download or an activation key. I contacted Microsoft Support. I managed to get on chat. A tech upgraded me to Windows 11 Pro and closed the case. I have now discovered that Windows in not activated, but I still do not have a key and Microsoft will not email me the key. I troubleshooted and it said there was a key for Pro, but must go back to Win 11 Home version. However, the tech did not create a restore point.
