I only want my pc to sleep when I lock it.

Before recently resetting my P.C. with a fresh install of windows 10 it would never go to sleep or the display would not shut off (that's the way I want it).I do want it to sleep when I lock it though. If I set sleep to never and display to never it will not go to sleep when locked. How can I fix this?
