Windows 10 HomeAsus Processor64GB Memory (full & complete)defragged / cleaned systemAll current Windows 10 updates as of today 21 March 2025I've been using an external DVD-ROM player (USB and electric power) and it works fine, but once in a while I have error issues when I insert a DVD or CD disc to play. This time it stays this way everytime permanently but I haven't changed anything on my computer to make this happen.
