I never connected to internet & win won't take my password

I never connected to internet & win won't take my password. I know it is correct. It won't take my security questions either because I'm not connected to internet. I can't connect to internet because I need to install a driver to accept internet. Things we don't know when we buy a refurbished computer, but I couldn't afford what I needed other wise.I It is a Dell 3080 Twr I5.It only has Dell downloads on it, no files because I can't access it now.Please help. ~ Denise
