I need to wait 2 hours because my pin and am locked out.

My laptop is locked out because my friend tried the wrong pin too many times, it is now locked for 2 hours. I tried keeping it on for more than 2 hours but it is still locked. After entering the challenge phrase: A1B2C3, It told me to type in my pin. I did but it says the same thing. There is no I forgot password, only wifi, accessibility and power button. I tried the hold down shift method but it says keyboard not detected. I am very sure that I know my pin. I also have no other sign in options as I didn't set any. I have already waited more than 30 hours, can someone help please?Thankyo
