I need to change my password everyday.

Hi There,Everyday when i log in it tells me to change my password, i know they are trying to log into my e-mail from all over the world, but my e-mail is secure, i changed my password, i got 2FA on, and i'm using the microsoft authentication app.Is there anyway to stop it that i need to change my password every single day??I did already try to change it and uncheck the box to change it every 72 hours, so that does not work.I hope you can come up with a solution, i'm running out of passwords
