i need someone who knows how to read event viewer to help me

my pc keeps just resetting/bluescreening and event viewer is not telling me anything/idk how to read it also the dump file in windows folder is encrypted and i cant read it alot of the event viewer things say kernel power which google then says not enough Watts on the psu, my psu is twice what the system uses under a stress testi dont know how to get the event viewer events saves either to show
