i need help with windows DLL files

i tried to launch gta 5 and it was saying some erorr with files and i deleted it and its worse it says error 0xc000012f but without any file location i tried everything that those tutorial says and nothing helped i need help maybe somone had the same problem. i think it can be that i deleted some system file that gta5 need. i am trying 8 h now help me please.
