I need help with select location to install windows

Windows install error. Hey there so I've had a lot of problems with my pc and I dont know what it is problems like it won't let me boot in to windows and windows overall just vanished off my pc and now im trying to reinstall windows via USB and its working but when I got to the select location to install windows screen it only shows a disk with 786kbs or my USB drive and I've been wonder how do I fix this I would greatly appreciate you help
