I need help with my windows 11 pc, it's suffering from random bsods recently

Ive had my pc for 4 years and only recently has it started to suffer from bsods, I used driver verifier and my pc bsod twice, both times showing Thread exception not handled but that's it.I literally don't know what to do now, pls help me.Oh and I also have a 2 minidump files from an earlier random bsod and I looked at the dump files and ntoskrnl.exe was in red highlighted, idk if that is any help but I decided to put that info here.
