i need help with my numlock

Everyday for the past 2 weeks everytime i click the C key Num lock turns on and when i press The Numlock it types the letter C .And also when i have the numlock off the e key starts typing weirdly like the E goes back to the first word of the sentence .For example: (C) means it turns of numlockebookHave you seen the message i sent in Fa(C)I already tried uninstalling my keyboard and all the keyboard settings in ease of acces center.I really hope you understand this issue has been bothering for so long now.Thank you
