i need help with fps

a friend of mine told me about nivida app and its automatic tuning and i will not hurt my laptop stability or the winafter a tried it my fps get destroyed likegta v 60 fps after 5-10 mins it goes to 20 fpsrdr2 30 fps after 5-10 mins it goes to 10i tried uninstall the graphics card by ddu and it didnt worki tried update windows its all ready updatedi thinks its a window problem or softwarei really need help to fix it
