I need help with activating windows. Every time I hit troubleshoot it just sends me to support.

I just built my pc and installed windows 11 from microsoft. After i got it built it said that i needed to activate windows to be able to personalize stuff. So I hit activate and bought windows 11. Now everytime i open my computer it does not let me personalize and still says activate windows. I also cannot find my product key from my purchase.
