I need help with a wireless mouse issue.

I have two Dell Precision 3431 desktop PCs. I configured them at the same time to be identical--except for some applications. One 3431 works fine. On the other, my Logitech M310 mouse hangs randomly. The only difference is that the PC that works has the Generic SuperSpeed USB HUB driver installed. Both of these PCs run through a CKLau 4 port KVM. I have verified that it isn't the KVM channel causing the issue.
