I need help with a hacked account

My account was hacked and when I try to do the recovery form is says insufficient information. Is there anyway I could actually contact someone at Microsoft to provide more information? So far every part of this has been incredibly disappointing and irritating. I didn’t receive a single email or text that someone logged into my account and changed my information and now I can’t get any help getting it back. Anything will be appreciated
