I need help to install important security update on my computer

[Windows 11]

It has been 4 weeks that I wanted to install the security update and when I click on "Check for updates" it load for some seconds and then nothing happens. There is the cercle with the two arrows (one on the opposite sense of the other) with a red point the rapid access of some applications in the status. I really don't know why this update is so difficult to install on my computer.
