I need help repairing my computer

I am trying to reset my computer to factory settings but it keep giving me error code 0xc0000017 no matter what I do! BCEDIT gives the error code, Media installation wont install, recovery options gives me errors. Nothing seems to work. I cant even insert images at all! All they say is "Not Found"
