because of the windows 24h2 update not working and entering the boot loop, i had to format the pc to factory new, now i set up everything and when im looking for the bitlocker key (which i have acces to), now appears two devices, the old one saying it cant be found using find the device, and the same one with the same bitlocker recovery key but different name
