I need help on how to remove something managing my computer, that's also a virus.

Hi. I've recently been hacked, and it's not a normal virus, atleast i dont think it is. I use a Dell G15 5515 Ryzen and I'm on Windows 11 btwI downloaded an app that said it was immediately quarantined by my antivirus (I use Bitdefender) and when I deleted the virus, I got rid of most of the harmful stuff, but now my browser switches to Yahoo, and this has popped up in my extensions. It's a little black box that looks like there's a keyhole in it. The extension is called "Apps" and it can't be deleted because it's managing my computer now. I tried to remove the admin profile and block it
