I need help logging into my computer. My recovery key won't work.

I keep getting the bitlocker screen that prompts a recovery key. Once I put it in it tells me my computer can't repair and needs to restart. I restart and it does the same thing over and over again. Please help. This is my work computer and I have to have it for my job.
