I need help. I reset my computer. Now I can't login.

I just reset my computer because of problems I was having and now that I finally got out of the recovery blue screen my computer finally loaded, now that I’m in the log in screen it says sign in but when I click it, it says “the specified domain either does not exist or could not be contacted” idk what to do since I’m literally not into the actual computer yet, it’s just the screen where you log in.
