i got a school laptop in the middle of the covid lockdown and i recently tried getting back onto it however i am stuck trying to log in as i have tried all of the other options that are available. i have tried reseting my laptop mulitple times and have even tried using a installation programme but its not working at all. im not sure what to do now! (please help if u can, i am running out of options)
