I need help getting an old application to work (Quickbooks Pro 2009)

The old computer that the program is on has died and is inoperable completely I transferred the drives to my new computer but the application will not start i get the error "The application has failed to start side-by-side configuration is incorrect" when I try to run the program I am wondering if there are any other fixes other than reinstalling the program. (I can't because the disk has been lost) Is this Salvageable or should I just give up and buy a newer version of the program? The computer is running windows 11 and the previous computer is running windows 10.
