I need help connecting my bluetooth headphones to my windows 11 computer and ensuring it is read as an audio device.

I am having an issue with pairing my Bluetooth headphones (sony wh1000xm3) to my Windows 11 computer. When I have succeeded in pairing the devices, my computer registers the headphones as an "unspecified" device rather than as an audio device.To walk everybody through what I have done so far, here are the steps in the order I used:Ensured that my computer's Bluetooth was turned on and functional by first connecting to another pair of headphones with no issues, then disconnected.Factory reset my headphones.
