I need help because i think my pc might be corrupted and unreedemable.

I bought a pc from a guy a while ago and couldnt seem to factory reset, it just kept saying "there was a problem reseting pc, so i just deleted his account and made a new one. But when i got new games i found there wasnt enough space and couldnt figure out why, i ended up using command promt and typing something along the lines of "cd %windir%windir%/system/config" "system system.001" and then is said another app or something wass using the files so i did some basic research and used a 16gb usb to install windows 10 media thingy and followed the steps(i installed the windows media onto usb fro
