I need help and maybe a windows 7 repair disc

since I broke my windows installation I can't find any other sources of download.I have a Dell latitude E6500 I was trying to dual-boot MX-Linux and windows 7 I removed the Linux partitions because I couldn't boot into windows even though the windows partitions are still there there was no option to boot from it just says :Intel(R) Matrix Storage Manager option ROM v8.0.0.1039 Ich9M-eCopyright(C) 2003-08 Intel Corporation.
