I need help accessing my email account

HelloI purchased a new phone and I cannot open my Outlook/Hotmail account. And now in my attempt to figure it out on my own, I uninstalled my email on my old phone. It will not let me sign in on either device. I tried to do a recovery code, but I set the phone number so many years ago, not knowing what I was doing, that I set the phone number to send codes to to a landline. I have absolutely no way of receiving a code. At some point I requested to change this information but it says that it won't happen until March 4th.I am in desperate need of getting my email on my phone. The only way I have
