I just bought my first brand new, out of the box Laptop. The laptops I've had in the past were used and already set up or updated with all the correct software programs necessary. Honestly I have no idea what I'm doing, I didn't realize I would have to be installing any programs to my laptop when I purchased it. I thought it came with everything already preinstalled and ready to go once I bought it. I guess I was naïve to that fact. I haven't utilized a laptop enough to know the ins and outs of how they are supposed to be maintained or function properly. I'm learning and in the meantime, I don't want to mess my computer up or spend more money than I need to by paying for these system tools. I'm being prompted to purchase several different types of tools in order for my laptop to work properly. It says I have 20 out-of-date drivers found. I'm not sure what I should be purchasing and installing exactly. So my question is what are the actual WinZip System Tools that I need to purchase and download/install in order for my PC to work smoothly? Here's what I've already purchased and downloaded. I haven't installed everything yet until I know what I truly need, in case I need to cancel my subscriptions to any. Within this week I've purchased 1st. WinZip System Utilities Suite for $34.95. 2nd, WinZip Disk Tools for $29.95, 3rd. WinZip Driver Updater for $26.95. Then last one I discovered they offer a whole packaged deal called WinZip Ultimate PC Care for $69.99. It informs me that I can cancel any subscription within 30 days for a money back guarantee. I don't know which tools i need or may need to cancel. If someone could get back to me with some direction on this, I would appreciate it very much. Thank you for your help.
