I need direct assistance over the phone or live chat with my desktop that is unable to factory reset because of a Windows 11 update.

I have tried several times the Microsoft support phone number and it frustratingly doesn't connect me with anyone and instead just hangs up. I have tried several times to find live support for my issue on the live chat widget and instead just leaves me waiting for an agent saying I'm next in line without anyone speaking to me when it's my turn. My computer is stuck in a blue screen state saying it has a stop code of Inaccessible Boot Device. Microsoft needs to step up and actually provide customer service for the products that they sell to people. This is ridiculous.
