I need assistance with recovering my Microsoft account details and activating my Windows and Office 365 subscriptions.In 2020 or I guess 21(it was during covid), my father purchased a laptop(lenovo)for me, and the shop owner set up everything, including creating a Microsoft account and activating Windows and Office 365. when the update of windows 11 was available, I upgraded to Windows 11, but it caused significant lag on my laptop.
