I need advice or help. I was messing with custom resolution of my Intel laptop and then I accidentally gave it a resolution that it couldn't run i bel

Please can anyone help me? My entire screen is just black and white lines on start up (it's completely fine in the boot menu the screen isn't damaged I was just messing with the resolution and that caused it to get fully messed up. I cannot enter safe mode as the opinion isn't their in the boot menu nor can I do any recovery or something. Is their a keybind i can use to fix this or a bypass to get into safe mode? My laptop is windows 11.
