I need a IT Tech person to call me to help Update Windows 11

I am incredibly frustrated. My computer keeps pushing out error code 0x80070157 and will not update from Windows 10 to 11. I have done all the troubleshooting and I have no errors PLUS I have plenty of space to do the update. My computer gets to 99% and then errors out. I have cleared the Windows Update Cache and have run all the command prompts I could find per the microsoft community moderators. I reached out to HP to update drivers/BIOS and completed those as well. I need a step by step walk through to make sure I have all the appropriate files, drivers etc., once I validate all of th
