So my pc hp notebook laptop was working so slow and I think to reset it . I started the process and during that process my pc fell sleep so I tried to open it (there is no password in my pc.) .That is where error is displaying that the User Profile service service cannot be loaded. I have tried to reset it , but after some percents it says Undoing changes . I have also tried safe mode but is displays black screen and a cursore and nothing . I'm in big trouble . I have a project to complete and this is bothering me from 2 days .I have created a bootable of windows 10 ,But it says faild
