I moved AppData to my (D:) drive to clear up space after following instructions from a forum post, but now everything is messed up. Is there a fix to

I messed up big time, right now all my apps aren't working, I can't open cmd either, I'm not sure if there is a fix to this but if there is it would be a great help. I moved AppData to my (D drive by making another folder in there and renaming it to "AppData". I wanted to do this so I could free up space in my (C drive as I have been having issues updating windows so I thought maybe freeing up data would help.
