I mistakenly provided the wrong date of birth on this account. and when i tried to change the date of birth on the family safety page using the parent account, there is no option on the page. Instead, it is just being rerouted to the home page.I already connected with Microsoft chat support 3 times still issue is not resolved.please guide to resolve this issue.
