I misplaced my Windows laptop, locked it while searching for it, and now my login screen displays an error message. How can I get into my laptop? Plea

Hello... I recently misplaced my Windows laptop and to be safe while searching for it, I went into my Microsoft account and locked the device. Well shortly after doing so I found the computer, and the device is locked, as it should be. I have two users on the device, from what I think I know (lol), one account is the administrator and one is a local account. (Not completely 100% about that though.)Anyhow, when I attempt to login as I normally would I get this message:AN ADMINISTRATOR HAS RESTRICTED SIGN IN. TO SIGN IN, MAKE SURE YOUR DEVICE IS CONNECTED TO THE INTERNET, AND HAVE YOUR AD
