I lost my old microsoft (it was deleted for some reason) account and made a new one can I get minecraft back?(I had it on my old one)

as stated above I had minecraft on my old microsoft account and then one day I go to play minecraft and it needs me to loginI go to login and my microsoft account is just gone and I tried logging in manually but it said that there was no account under the email I used
