I lost my microsoft account it got hacked and changed

I got hacked from my personal microsoft account and it says my account doesn't exist but when I try to make a new one it says account is already made and even allows me to try to remember my username but when I press remember username and I get the verification code it doesn't show the full username and my email address to that account is changed so I've been trying to reach someone who can help me with this I have prior purchases with this account and it's even connected to my computers drive
