I lost my cellphone with my authenticators codes and I have some accounts that I still could not recover

I entered in contact with microsoft support inside the Authenticator app, I have the code they told me to keep so i could follow the process bout i still have no answerI really would like to know if i can recover those codes so i can return using my accounts
