I lost a folder due to multiple Ctrl+Z action. Is there any way I can recover them ? Tried doing Ctrl+Y and recovery apps. None of them worked.

I was transferring some important files my mobile phone to the laptop. Accidentally pressed Ctrl+Z many times and lost an entire folder to it.
