I live in uk and purchased the app to link to my sony headphones: Headphones Connect.By: AST Software. The app is free on my android tablet and phone and works perfectly. I had to pay £4.19 and the app will not connect with my headphones through bluetooth. I understand under the Sale of Goods Act, I am entitled to a refund however the microsoft system seems to take me all over the place and continually ends in an XBox refund site. Any suggestions, please?* Changed to a question
