I linked my Microsoft account to my pc and now I can't sign in

So, I linked my Microsoft account to my computer as normal. When I turned on the computer again, it had the sign in button, but nothing happens. Then, I had deleted the PC off of my account and it's stuck on the logon screen. A Microsoft account pop up comes, but it times out (btw, this pc is like 14-15 yrs old) so it's a slow pc. Any Hope?
