I keep having BSOD when i am running either snipping tools or obs studio

Hi all i keep having BSOD when i start video recording using snippping tools or when i just start running OBS studio. The dump file incidates signalrgb / snipping tool as below.I have numerous dump file so if anyone can help me please ?I have reinstall my nvidia driver using DDU in safe mode and reinstall , reinstall signalrgb , update my mobo chipset firmware to latest already not sure what else is possible. I am wondering is it because my windows comes from 23h2 to 24h2 update directly causing this constant issue. Is a clean uninstall and reinstall necessary to windows 11 24h2 necessary ? K
