I keep getting this annoying pop-up with my audio, which then affects the sound the next time I turn on the PC.

I need some help. I've circled this annoying popup from Realtek Audio Console asking "Which device did you plug in?" When I didn't even taken my audio jack out (let alone even touch the cable). Eventually, what this causes is my audio to mess up with the volume controlling itself (from going low, back to normal, low again, then loud). This has nothing to do with my actual speakers as I've tested this issue with two different ones and it happens with my wireless headphones.
