I keep getting Install error - 0x80070002 whenever I try to update my PC to "2023-11 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 22H2 for x64-based Syste

The download proceeds completely fine, but every time the install begins, it gets to 25% normally, jumps to 70% after a few minutes, then jumps to 100% and immediately gives me the install error 0x80070002. I have nothing other than my monitor, my keyboard, and my mouse connected. I have run the windows update troubleshooter multiple times, every single time there has been a problem it has supposedly fixed. I have run DISM, I have done the SFC /scannow thing to check for corrupted files, and I have deleted the SoftwareDistribution folder in safe mode.I am at my wit's end, I've tried everything
