I keep getting error code 0x8024001E telling me that I cant update windows.

I tried many things like stopping the services and using CMD (administrator) and writing the following codes:net stop wuauserv net stop cryptsvc net stop bits net stop msiserver ren C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution SoftwareDistribution.old ren C:\Windows\System32\catroot2 Catroot2.old net start wuauserv net start cryptsvc net start bits net start msiserver but whenever I use (net start wuauserv ) I keep getting error 1058 telling me that the service is shutting down due to no applications using it even though I tried to use the windows update simultaneously.I found people saying that I needed t
