I Keep getting Bosd whea uncorrectable error

i own a Vivo Book ASUS Laptop E410KA I usually get the bosd when the bottom of it gets hot i opened it expecting for it to be because of dust build up no it seemed perfectly fine I don't know if its hardware or software error how do i get rid of it?
